Account Manager
alwaysBEthere (aBt) is a wireless solutions provider located in the Warehouse District of Downtown Minneapolis. Since its formation in 2000, aBt has experienced steady growth. In 2007, aBt brought in a seasoned leadership team to accelerate that growth trend. The Corporate Account Manager is a key position within aBt for an experienced sales and account development professional who will call on Fortune 1000 corporations.

This position includes three distinct functions: 1) new business development, 2) overall account management, and 3) project implementation. This is a great opportunity for exceptional individuals who want to get rewarded for taking care of our customers and growing the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Discovering and driving new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Designing deployment and implementation logistics and work flow
  • Creating program and project plans and pro-actively making changes as projects/programs evolve
  • Managing interaction within aBt and with partners who are engaged in the account
  • Researching and identifying new solutions that would be applicable to your accounts
  • 100% responsibility and accountability for your accounts and their contribution to the company
  • Create and present meaningful and targeted sales presentations in PowerPoint
  • Minimal involvement in daily project/program execution

    Qualified candidates must have the following:

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience including experience in sales, project management, and marketing
  • Demonstrated customer satisfaction
  • Experience in the creation and delivery of formal presentations in person or via phone conference
  • Computer skills that allow you to quickly put together presentations, proposals, worksheets and populate databases
  • Email and internet savvy

    Beyond your "role," you will be an integral part of an overall pioneering team and can be called upon, along with everyone else, to shuttle out-of-town visitors to airports, take out trash, do dishes, whip up hot cocoa for guests, or chase down the FedEx truck to take just one last package. You name it, if it moves the enterprise forward, you'll likely be called upon to do whatever it takes to accrue an ever-growing base of astounded, advanced real-time mobile solutions users.
