Sales Consultant
alwaysBEthere (aBt) is a wireless solutions provider located in the Warehouse District of Downtown Minneapolis. The Sales Consultant is a key position within aBt for entry-level sales professionals to drive business within fortune 500 companies. If you’re an outgoing, bright individual who likes to interact with people, this is a great opportunity for you!
We’re looking for several extraordinary people to manage inbound sales calls related to wireless/cellular services in a lively work environment (not a large call center). The prospective customers are employees of our clients who are eligible for discounts on their wireless services. This is a great position for individuals who want to get rewarded for and grow their skills and capabilities in the areas of sales, marketing, and customer service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working one-on-one with prospective customers to advise and sell cell phones, wireless PDA's, wireless web access, carrier service plans, and accessories
Using sales and prospecting techniques to discover new opportunities and taking those opportunities from concept to closure. Much of the sales work is simply clear and understandable data presentation, explanation, question answering, and logistics
Using sales tactics to take orders while ensuring accurate and complete information
Working with our implementation team to get orders placed and communicate order details to customers including new phone numbers, shipping/tracking numbers, and phone set-up
All aspects of creating and maintaining fantastic customer relationships
Tracking marketing efforts to evaluate effectiveness and provide feedback to continually improve campaign results
Ability to spearhead projects for the team
Qualified candidates must have the following:
Relevant sales or customer service experience
Excellent phone skills and presence
Extraordinary computer skills
Ability to create strong and excellent relationships with individuals and companies
College degree is required
Ability to work in a highly results driven company that incentives and rewards based on your efforts with no caps on commissions
Interest in technological breakthroughs or advancements
Outbound telemarketing is NOT a common campaign tool but may be utilized on some occasions
We prefer you have the drive to move to your next level of development, as opposed to somehow already having "seen it all" or "done it all." aBt is an acknowledged leader in a high profile, emerging field of management science. Energy and inventiveness combined with accountability is much more important than having held high posts in mature industries.

You name it, if it moves the enterprise forward, you'll likely be called upon to do whatever it takes to accrue an ever-growing base of astounded, advanced real-time mobile solutions users.
