Sales Specialist
If you’re an outgoing, bright individual who likes to interact with people, this is a great opportunity for you! We are looking for several extraordinary people for our 1:1Counsel department to manage inbound sales calls related to wireless/cellular services. The prospective customers are employees of our clients who are eligible for discounts on their wireless services.
Compensation for the role offers the opportunity to earn between $40,000 - $60,000 with the right initiative. We also offer full benefits (some 100% company-paid), performance bonuses, paid time-off, opportunity for promotions, and a lively work environment (not a large call center).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working one-on-one with prospective customers to advise and sell cell phones, wireless PDA's, wireless web access, carrier service plans, and accessories
Using sales and prospecting techniques to discover new opportunities and taking those opportunities from concept to closure. Much of the sales work is simply clear and understandable data presentation, explanation, question answering, and logistics
Taking orders, ensuring accurate and complete information
Working with our implementation team to get orders placed and communicate order details to customers including new phone numbers, shipping/tracking numbers, and phone set-up
All aspects of creating and maintaining fantastic customer relationships
Ability to spearhead projects for the team
Our 1:1Counselors serve customers from the east-to-the-west coast, covering all US time zones. In addition to a traditional workday schedule, this allows for a variety of flexible, full-time scheduling possibilities including earlier morning shifts, evening shifts, flexible time, and weekends.
Qualified candidates must have the following:
Relevant sales or customer service experience
Excellent phone skills and presence
Extraordinary computer skills
Ability to create strong and excellent relationships with individuals and companies
College degree is beneficial
Must be able to pass relevant background checks
Outbound telemarketing is NOT required
