Initial training is aggressive as it's critical to provide the support and tools needed for you to quickly acclimate to life at aBt. From departmental cross-training to MS Office training, we are committed to providing the training you need to succeed.

Due to the dynamic nature of the wireless industry, our environments, products and services change rapidly. This also requires frequent training. aBters are always developing their skills and knowledge base.

External affiliations with professional organizations are also promoted. aBters are active members of a multitude of organizations related to their personal interests and goals. Examples include, Chamber of Commerce, rotary clubs, professional organizations and more.
